LONG POST--Wow. Due to being too busy to check out TT.NET the last couple days, I see that the SGP or should I say the Kyle saga has been brought to light. I just want to know if the whole company(ie-Mark, Kyle and SGP) was aware that the NA heads were being sold as TT heads or is this going to be another Kyle did this, Mark did that routine. I happened to be in the mix throughout the whole NA head ordeal and talked to Kyle over the phone and told him what we had found and he said that SGP has been doing it for years!! I cant even imagine paying $4500 for a TT motor with NA heads which are supposedly the same. I am just wandering how many people bought a SUPPOSED TT motor from Kyle or SGP and without knowing, received NA heads which supposedly were the same and after a couple tests, were not even close to spec. I called Kyle on this and I got to tell you, he laughed. Thats right, he laughed and his first words were, I guess you are going to put this on TT.NET huh? I coldnt believe it. Because Rob (rcr2fst) did not get his core charge back for a while, I had to wait to post and I see that SLOWNINJA posted a day or two ago and I am glad. I have never dealt with a worse customer service guy in my life as Kyle. I would like to hope that it was just Kyle and SGP but I find it hard to believe that Mark or anyone in SGP did not know about it. To take it further, they SHAVED THE NUMBERS OFF THE HEADS AS WELL so you didnt know what heads you had. I am glad it weas brought out into light and I hope that anyone that b ought a motor from SGP in the last I dont know how long, verify what they have as far as a TT motor. If the numbers are shaved off, you know someone was hiding this fact for a very long time. I could go on about my conversation with Kyle that day for a week, but needless to say, It would make your head spin. That is all. I hope anyone that bought motors from this company during the Kyle reign or anytime they started business, gets their motor checked to see if it is even a TT motor. God only knows what else that was sold as a genuine part and flim flammed for something else. Sorry about the rant, it has been killing me for months. Not trying to start a flame war, just stating facts. RCR2FST, SLOWNINJA,SHAWN300Z(GT28R) and others can back up my story. I just want some answers and see how many people actually got a motor in the last couple years. It makes me cringe to think about it. good luck to all involved.
